The E1 series is a compact 4-quadrant PWM speed controller designed to control Boreasa's Hall sensor fan/motor efficiently.
The tacho signal's input voltage (5V or 3.3V) and the type of signal (analog voltage, PWM, SCI communication) can be set by a toggle switch.
The driver has two control modes: closed-loop speed and open-loop speed. In closed-loop mode, there are two-speed ranges and three-speed gain options.
Regardless of open-loop mode or closed-loop mode, the driver can work in dragging and braking and discharge energy through an external power resistor when it is in the braking state.
Users can also set and read the drive's parameters through the SCI interface.
