MEDICA and COMPAMED 2024 in Dusseldorf, Germany

The International Medical Exhibitions MEDICA and COMPAMED lasted 4 days from November 11 to 14, 2024, in Dusseldorf Germany. At this years shows, Boreasa was very successful in attracting attention, driven by the release of several new blowers and drivers.

Boreasa, a leading global manufacturer of medical device components, participated in the COMPAMED exhibition, showcasing its products, including a full range of equipment such as blowers, fans, and drivers.

Boreasa is proud to introduce a few new blowers for CPAP, which has allowed us to take over a good part of the market in China, as well as making a mark in the US and elsewhere.

The issues of one of the major players on the market made everybody uncomfortable using any foam to dampen the noise in ventilators of any type. Therefore, the noise of the blower has become an even more important factor than ever before.

Once again Boreasa answered the call and produced the most silent blowers on the market: The C68SS1, which reaches sound powers output 5 to 6 dB below the competition, allowing our customers to experience even lower sound power without having to use foam.

We also developed the C68SD1, which improves the C68SS1, presented above, by adding the full capability to operate in bi-level mode.

Not to limit ourselves, we also improved the C60S1 blower. Without altering the performances, we were able to considerably reduce the noise level of this blower.

These blowers join the C54I2 to enhance our offering in "CPAP and similar applications" blowers.

Boreasa also introduced the new generation of blowers driven by slot-less motors. The new generation is more compact and powerful than ever, thanks to the motors developed with the collaboration of our Swiss motor engineering team.

- The C65B1-24PR-0B is designed to replace the C65H1-24PS-0B and is more powerful than the original.

- The C65B2-24PR-0B is designed to replace the C65H2-24PS-0B. It is a 2 stage blower, available in 2 power levels (both more powerful than the original), it is also shorter than the original.

- The C75B1-24PR-0B is designed to replace the C75H1-24PS-0B. It is not only shorter and drops the heat-sink, but much more powerful than the original.

- The C75B2-24PR-0B is designed to replace the C75H2-24PS-0B. It is a 2 stage blower, also shorter and more powerful than the original.

- The C95B1-24PR-0B is designed to replace the C95H1-24PS-0B. It is less noisy, shorter and much more powerful than the original.

All these blowers presented today will be available in production in January.
